Responsibilities:
- Learning the products and locations within our warehouse.
-Pick, Label, and prepare daily package fulfillment/drop ship orders -Prepare the area for next days order picking -Retail website support -Collating -Labeling -Tagging -Folding -Bagging - Fulfilling orders in a precise and timely manner.
- Provide customer support through telephone and email.
- Unpacking and organizing outside vendor orders.
- To work closely with Shipstation, Bigcommerce, Amazon, and other CRM programs.
Job Requirements:
- The ability to stay on task and diligent as we are working with packages that will be mailed to customers.
- Computer proficiency (Knows general concepts of Microsoft Office, G-mail, etc.
) - Communication skills are a must.
This candidate will be talking with team members and customers on a daily basis.
- The ability to ocassionally lift 45 pounds.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM Pay will be negotiated by experience.
