Custodial and Event Manager, Facilities Director
Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
A minimum of one year of custodial and equipment experience is required.
Good physical condition is required.
Duties:
? Perform regular daily cleaning/vacuuming of all public, office, and classroom areas, including restrooms, as assigned.
? Lock and check all doors and windows.
? Assist with setting up events.
? Assist in moving furniture and supplies.
? Mop, wash,and wax floors.
? Make simple repairs as assigned.
? Report all situations beyond ability to control to the Custodial and Event Manager.
? Perform other duties assigned by the Custodial and Event Manager and Facilities Director.
