Temporary Building Maintenance Personnel

The position will be a part time, as needed role. This individual will be responsible for completing tasks such as:
Relocation of heavy filing cabinets
Painting of various office spaces
Random maintenance tasks such as hanging blinds, doorknob fixes, etc.
Sorting, cleaning and removing unneeded heavy materials from areas
Other maintenance related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Drivers License - may need to drive to home improvement store, or between facilities.
Ability to lift - 75-100lbs
5 years experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
